dual wakesurf rack

Brand new, NEVER installed dual wakesurf rack. I bought it for my 2 3/8" rad a cage tower tubing, but it should fit probably 2" to 2.5" tubing. The fork openings are 2 1/4"

This rack does have a "swivel" system that you could buy separately. But honestly the swivel is kinda weak IMO. It's basically a hinge.

Ok, I would have to get a better idea what I have on mine already... I have factory swivel mount, looking for "Fingers" that I could mount to my current swivel system that would support a surf board.
