School has been kicking my ass so I haven't had much time to work on it. I was having trouble getting her fired up the other day. We found that the fuel filter/ water separator was clogged and restricting flow. After bypassing the filter it starts up and runs like a charm! Hopefully there will be some water in the next pics!

Here's the link for my time laps for sewing and wrapping the most complex cushion in the boat. Enjoy https://youtu.be/r6RbwzqDZgM

I've mentioned installing "seadek" in the past. This is what I really meant, buying 3 sheets of off brand Eva foam flooring and routing it myself. This method will cost me $320 where as seadek would be in upwards of $1,300. This is a trial run to make sure I would get clean cuts and it turned out AWESOME!!!

Are you just free handing with a router?

Nope, I was going to do that until my school purchased a CNC router. It's only 28"x18" so the larger sections will be tricky. I'm using solidworks to make the patterns but any CAD software could be used.

I made the first actual flooring sections to the proper dimensions, which I will be installing tonight.

Thanks! I'll keep ya posted. I installed the two pieces I cut out. Really satisfied with it!
