My boat is not a Sunsport, but a Saltare. Once i removed the interior panels one side had a rather large hole near enough to the bolt joint that i could reach from there. The other side I ended up cutting a similar hole to access the back side that is covered by the interior panel. Cutting extra holes in your 30 year old boat is not fun, so I'm interested to hear how others have done it. The front were simple-ish - just go under the dash. It's probably worth removing your driver's seat to get at.
