    Default Worn out Cutlass bushing

Had stringers replaced. Found out after that since my motor was sunk into one side on the bed log by about quarter inch that my strut bushing has been worn out. now that motor is straight I have a slight vibration at higher RPM. Strut is straight as an arrow as well as prop shaft. Just have a little bit of play on outside when you grab the prop. Any suggestions on size of the bushing and where is the best place to buy one? Also any idea on if you can press one out without removing the prop shaft itself?

No , you must remove shaft and prop and coupler , skidim.com sells the bearings , I got the plastic ones , supposed to last 10x longer . Better make sure your alignment is correct from strut to shaft log to engine , I almost sunk my boat due to worn cutlass and bad alignment . If it's older boat they are 1" shafts mostly but you wanna look at prob numbers to verify . All thread and washers with 2 nuts to pull in the new and loctite to finish the job
