Wakeplate Gauge in 07 Sunsport

I need some help. My wakeplate gauge does not travel the full distance. Is it supposed too? I have checked the breaker and it is not blown. Before I bring my boat in for service, I want to make sure I know the range of that gauge. Currently my goes about 30-40%.

I have the 22ssv 07 and my gauge goes all the way. My 21s did also. It just sounds like the gauge is not working real well.

You may be low on fluid. Have you seen any sign of ATF in your bilge? (hint, it's red/pink colored) My '06 Launch leaked down in a couple months, left a redish slime in the bilge. I fixed the loose fitting & refilled. When low on fluid it won't go down all the way

The gauge can be re-calibrated using the info center screen.

Thanks, I will check both. I have never checked the fluid or knew about the calibration. Is the how to on the calibration in the manual? I looked (quickly) but did not find it.

Forget my last request on the how too, this time I opened my eyes - and saw the how too on page 98 - the same page I said I did not see it!

Anyway, I will try it out the next time we go out.
