2006 Indmar won't start after rain

My 2006 won't start after a day of rain. I had the snap down Cover on but not the full cover. This happened last year and after a week or so it started. My fault for leaving the cover off. I have pulled apart and dried all connections I can find. It will turn over and sound like a small backfire them.

I would think the ignition switch would be the only thing exposed to rain that could be a issue. Maybe the lanyard switch.

Tracked it down to the MAP Sensor. Removed it cleaned and reinstalled and seemed to fix the problem.
