Default Help heater leaking on a 92 comp

    Hey everyone,

Just the other day I was on the lake and all of a sudden I had quite bit of water at my feet. It appears that it is leaking from the heater. The heater air hose that goes to the dash appears to be where the water is coming out but doesnt make any since to me because these hoses should just be blowing air????? Has anyone else had a problem with this??? Any help would be greatly appreciated...Oh by the way the heater does work and the water that came out was defiantly warm.

Thanks for all of the help

It sounds like your heater froze up over the winter. It is just a small radiator, if it freezes, water will pour out the cracks, just as you describe.

Thanks for the info. i think I am going to pull it out and take it to a radortor shop and see if they can repair it before I go to Supra, do you think that is my best bet?

Thanks for the info. in advance

The local radiator shop is your best bet, many boats use a core from a Ford truck.
