Default winterize question for a santeria

I have a 2003 santera and this is my first boat. I am looking at winterizing myself. I am looking for the block plugs and believe i found them. It appears they have a sensor attached. my thing with the starboard side is i have the walkway and am not sure how to get the wall off to be able to see the plug itself. Does anyone have any advice on doing this? Any and all help is much appreciated.

The sensor is a knock sensor . I have never worked on a Santeria so I cant help you with the wall.

i am also having a really hard time getting the 2 plugs out of the v drive unit. i am afraid i am going to break or strip them. any ideas on a better way to get them off? just using a small wrench at the moment. i figured out how to get the wall off but now tryin to figure out how to actually get to the plug itself
