Default 86 saltare project, not running how do I winterize

I bought a boat from a friend that had water in the bilge for several weeks. When I got it in November I was able to turn the motor by hand with a wrench on the crank bolt. After sorting some things out I went to winterize the boat to find the rings have siezed due to moisture. Ie motor won’t turn over from rust on the rings. I put marvel mystery in the cylinders hoping that would work...nada!
I don’t have time to pull the motor until spring. How can I get coolant through the motor without running it? Or drain any water that may be in the block, etc.
    TIA

Pull all the plugs on the block and the manifolds if you can and drain as much water as possible. Then reinstall the plugs and pour antifreeze into the manifolds by pulling the hoses off the thermostat housing until you have antifreeze come out the back. Those are your options and they should work.
