2006 Launch 20 Heater Core Replacement

Last spring I found out my heater core cracked and I almost sunk it. What is the best way to get at the heater core? I'm guessing to remove the subwoofer under the console, remove the panels around the subwoofer and then I should be able to access the heater box?

Any ideas on a replacement core or am I stuck getting it welded? I saw somewhere than an older mustang heater core works for these.

Any help would be great.

I did find this website, I just don't know what heater core I have.

Guess I will have to wait until I yank it out.
