Im the same size as you and ride the phase 5 trident and just got the the 4-10 ronix bat tail thruster behind my G23. Both can be popped off the wake but the thruster is definitely stickier with 4” fins. I surf with my kids on both boards so I know they are both good to 300# so they would be 2 Good options I would suggest

I am short and fat at 5'8 265#'s and my wake is smaller than what you can get with an SE. I recently demo'd a CWB Voodoo 58", set up quad fin, and had some of the best rides of my short surfing life. It's not horribly expensive either.

The RONIX bat tail thruster is a very fast board. I don't think you'd have any trouble staying in the wave with that board. You could always ride the Hyperlite Broadcast. I have a few brothers over 250lbs and they have no problem. It isn't the most maneuverable board, but a good one to hold the wave.
