Default ‘89 Supra Ford 351 Windsor Distributor

Starting this thread because I need the info. ASAP.
    Thanks in advance.

I’m replacing the distributor because it had points. Took the old one out already.
What are the parts ID numbers for new distributor, rotor, cap and plug wires?

    I would appreciate your answer.

I would put in a HEI unit . Google marine HEI distributor there are many outlets that carry them.

    Thanks, Michael.

One last question and I’ll stop bothering.
I bought a Holley carb to replace the old and when I mounted it, I noticed it did not have the two prongs for the pos and neg elect. Choke wires that the old one has.
Instead, it has a manual choke for which there’s no apparent connection.
Will this carb work and if so, what do I do with the two wires?

Check out a DUI distributor {Davis Unified Ignition} should be easy to install.
I think you can probably swap the choke cap from your old carb onto the new one. You need the choke with the 2 wire connections or the choke will be on all the time. The spring won't get hot unless the wires are hooked up.

You won’t believe this, but I threw the old one away.
I am so ignorant to do that.
Any other suggestions? I get what you said about the wires and manual choke

Sounds like you may have the wrong carb. Where did you buy it . Are you sure its a marine carb?
