    Default Tracking fin removal

I purchased a 2006 supra 21v and it has two bent tracking fins on the bottom. I have tried to straighten back out on the boat with no success. If I was to remove them are there fixed nuts on the top side or can I just remove the Allen bolts and pry off . I havent pulled the floor panel up to investigate but looks like they would be under the fuel tank and difficult to get to. Thanks

They are though-bolted on my 92. How bent are they and are they causing any handling issues? They can likely be bent back with heat by a good prop shop, but not sure they'd want to do that with them on the boat. If the boat drives and tracks straight, I'd be very tempted to just leave them alone.
