    1992 Supra Mariah How much minimum water do I need at the dock to float this boat right...PLEASE HELP

    I have an 89 comp. I am not familiar with the mariah but i know on the comp they draft more than one would think. I think it is around 20 inches or so. You probably will want at least 5 feet of water to be safe.

    if you're just talking about floating and not putting in at the ramp or anything else, you can get by with 2 ft or so. the more people/gear/gas you have, the more water you'll need.

    if you're talking about running the boat, that's a different story. it all depends on what the bottom of the lake or river is like. 5 feet is kinda shallow for my comfort unless i know what the bottom is like, i also wakeboard most of the time and you want at least 6-8 feet to let the wake develop.... more is better.
