Default Removing fuel tank in 2001 Launch direct drive?

I hit something hard and damaged the fiberglass at the rudder port, so I need to remove the fuel tank to repair the fiberglass. Does anybody know how to get this tank out? On the sides (green arrow behind my ballast filter), there are two bumps that the fuel tank needs to be raised over. However, the fittings (red arrow) prevent it from rising enough.
    Thanks.

Above the tank there should be an access panel to remove that pump from the tank, have you looked there?

The access panel isn't centered well enough or large enough to remove the whole assembly. It doesn't have an in-tank pump, so it's just a pickup and sending unit. I guess I'll see if the fittings come off. That would give me another inch, but not sure that's enough.

I managed to get it out without removing the fittings.
