Not sure on the new SL, but crawling under my SA, there are some added features to the 20+
SA running surface that I don’t recall seeing on the previous Gen SA.

I asked Drew about the 450 last night. SL is starting with the 400. Not sure how many takers there will be considering the add'l weight.

Surfers might get away with the 400, not wakeboarders that want to run some weight.

    I run wakeboard speeds with 100% bow 60/60 rear, 575# lead and 3 crew 1 rider in a 5800#
SA 400 1.76 no problem, doesn’t even flinch.

    SL is +150#

Higher elevations it may struggle for sure.

I never had issues on the 400 with the older trans package when surfing on the SL. That is with a boat full of people and some lead to move around.

Wakeboarding is a little different. Larger crews and some weight, I can feel the motor working harder and the rpms get higher.

Sounds like you running what Scott is running on his 18 SA. His boat is dialed for those inverts he likes to throw.

Scott really helped me dial in the wakeboard wake.
