Default looking at an '87 TS6M

I was looking at a boat today, and there was cracking of the gel coat around the swim platform mounts and also it looked like something was making nice round circles underneath the gel coat fiberglass. The gel coat was also cracked and peeling away from around the exhaust ports. Also, the fiberglass was cracking around where the exhaust goes through the floor by the stringers. Anybody have any idea if these are some major concerns? or more cosmetic?

I would call them minor. Many of us have had to reattach and reinforce the swim platform, or reseal the muffler baffles. The only problem is that this my indicate stringer problems. What happens if you apply torque to the engine mount lag bolts? If they spin in mushy wood you're in the major league.
