Default 1998 Supra Comp with Indmar?

    Hey guys,
Bought a 98 Supra comp last summer, It has a carbureted Indmar Engine(350). Anyways, the supra manual that i have lists the Indmar at 260 horse. I called around and everybody I talked to said it was like 320. Anyone know why the book says one thing but everyone else says the other? Thanks

    Default Da book

The book was written by the manufacturer of the product, the people that stake that claim, didn't read da book. Brian Raymond

Well, I just got off the phone with the manufacturer of the Engine. Gave them the Identification number off the engine and he let me know it was just around 310 hp with the carburetor, the EFI's are around 320. I guess it has the "vortec heads". Anyways I wonder if the manual I have is for an earlier year.

I have a 1999 Legacy with a 350 carbureted Indmar. It is 310 hp and the fuel injected engines are 320. Runs like a champ, for a Chevy based engine .
