Boat lift?

Hey guys,
Just picked up a used boat hoist the other day for our 98 comp. This is my first lift and have no idea how to set up the lift. Right now it has two boards in a V shape in the middle. I know this will not work for the supra. Does anybody have any pics or diagrams of how you set up the boards or any kind of advice? Thanks

No idea, but I am looking for a lift also. You picked up a nice boat! I have an 87 Sunsport I am looking to sell off and upgrade to something newer, a lift will be a must for a newer boat!! What lake are you on? I am on Lake Sherwood.

Dont live on a lake, live in Huron Hills, sub across from new Fire Station. We usually trailer it to union or Middle Straits. I pass Lake Sherwood everyday. We ended up just calling the place that makes the lift and they sent us new hardware. Anyways, which boat would you like to get if you do get a new one?
