Engaged. Be glad you already have a boat, never get one after marriage. Just kidding. That is awesome. Time for some wakesufing kids. Seriously, marriage is hard work, but nothing worthwhile is easy. Congrats.

Maple Thanks! Boat is great for any party - only problem is now it has to be YOUR boat since it's the best heheh!

Tech Thank you! Actually it already is part hers as we bought it together. Always skeptical about more upgrades though hehe.

S_I - One step at a time! Yes I know I am in for quite a time next few years! Thank you

Hahahaha Oakie yes she is a great boat driver. We don't do a lot of trailering so not much exp there yet.

Landed my first tantrums FINALLY found a pic on WW that totally made it click for me I was trying way too hard to get the tripflip and I was trying to pop off wake with body parallel with wake, when about 45degrees is plenty. It was TOO easy! Nailed three that set. Now to keep trying TS Frontroll or TS 360. Oh and I got it on video too will post ASAP

Maple she is a good one, she did NOT want an expensive diamond ring.

Allegro thanks a lot! Glad you are still stopping by

    Default cool post

wow i just read through this entire post and you have done alot of work my friend. mikey you got a really nice boat... i just found this thread and website and i think you guys are going to help save me a ton of time and money so i appreciate it in advance...

i just recently bought a 1989 supra sunsport and am trying to get ideas for the ballast system i want to install... i have already put a decent system in as i have two tower speakers and two 6x9's and a 12'' kicker L7. we primarily surf... i have the non-hydraulic wake plate but i took that off because i think it gives you a slightly bigger wake off and it seemed to take care of some of the propwash we were getting. i have a fiberglas platform which i am going to wrap with jet ski foam and turf so its comfy and dosent tear up my boards. i was wondering if anyone thinks their platforms are really low in the water and hinders the wake...

my list of things to do...
-new prop... i had 15 ppl in boat last week and everyone had to go to the front to get the boat on plane but then it ripped once on plane so i know i need a new one.. i live about 15 min from acme so i am probable going to go up there and see what they have to say..

-ballast... i think i am actually going to take out the backseat and rebuild it into a ballast couch cause i cant stand crap on my floor.. also i pulled my back storage out and there is like a foot between my gas tank and the storage unit so i am going to prolly build something there to if it works out... the front i noticed there is like 5-6 in between the storage box and the side so i wannt come up with some way of stuffing the ballast in there instead of in my life jacket and ankor storage...

-i am going to put 6 1/2'' speakers in the front above my cup holders and then take my 6x9s out from the spotter seat and instal them towards the rear seat to distribute the sound a little better.

-buff and partial sticker wrap or just paint it... we will see how the buff job turns out..

i live 10 minutes from the mighty muskegon river... 15 miles of wakeboarding and wakesurfing glory... flat, wide, and deep...
