    Default need radicage part

    I own a 02' Launch SSV w/ a factory radicage tower. The slider on the tower, or what ever the part is called where the rope attaches, appears to be a piece of plastic pipe. I have noticed the newer boats have a slide that will not allow the rope to slide to the bottom of the mount and get frayed. Is anyone else having this problem. Is there a replacement slider available. Dealers say they have never heard of this, but I should call wake designs. I called wake designs but have not gotten resolution. I really do not want to replace another $125 rope because of my tower.

    Default Replacement Slider

    I have the same boat. My tower has the piece that prevents the rope from sliding down. Sounds like a manufacturer defect. The dealer should replace this! I would ask them for a new rope as well.
