    Default 1986 Supra Comp Ts6M $6000 OBO

The boat is no longer for sale. I've basically replaced everything, so I'm just going to make time to enjoy it Thanks to all who looked and gave input to get it running again.

I have a very nice 1986 Supra Comp T6M ski boat for sale in Atlanta, Georga. It has the big 351 V8 engine. This is a VERY powerful boat. I had it out quite a bit earlier this year, and it was a lot of fun. It is a very nice, solid boat. It puts out a very nice wake for skiing. It has a 351 Pleasurecraft (modified Ford 351) that will jolt anybody out of the water on a wakeboard, tube or skis. The interior is also in good shape for its age. I have included pictures from this season. It has a few scuffs, and the rear seat has come apart at the seam from me standing on it after skiing. The boat has been sitting on the water for the last 2 months, mostly unused. I started chiropractic school, and I am taking 26 credits per quarter. I'm broke and I have no time to play with this boat anymore.....and worst of all, I have 3 more years of school.

I took it out this weekend, but I couldn't go over 30mph because it kept stalling on me. It starts up great, but it wouldn't go fast without stalling out on me. I paid somebody on Craigslist to rebuild the carb, but it still stalls. I wonder if the rear jets are clogged or if I need to send it to a specialist. I'm on a waiting list to have the marina mechanic look at it. I had the battery, bilge pump, alternator, starter and solenoid replaced earlier this season. $$$$ It includes cover and single-axle trailer.

NEW ITEMS: battery, bilge pump, solenoid, starter and alternator

It is parked at a covered slip at the marina. You can take it out on the lake before you buy it. I have a trailer and boat cover that come with the boat. The trailer is road worthy. I had it serviced (have receipts) in February.

Please call with questions or to see the boat. Thanks for looking! 678-362-7453

bummer, that's about the extent of mechanical troubleshooting..
Worked for me this year after points, dist. cap, plugs, wires and a carb rebuild didn't......

    Default No longer for sale

Well, after a long time of no success, I finally tracked down the issue. After replacing nearly everything on the boat, it runs again like a beast.
    I'm gonna keep it.

    New/Replaced:
Starter, alternator, solenoid, fuel pump, fuel filter, oil change, points, condensor, spark plugs, stereo (i-pod hook up)
