Ear Buds for MP3

I can't seem to find ear buds for my MP3 that are comfortable and stay in while riding. Any ideas.

I've tried a couple. These are OK. Stay in fine for me.

I do prefer my MP3 over the tower speakers. It helps me get in my zone.
