I have 3, each with one plug and two 3/4" inlet/outlets. These are the factory bags for for supra/moomba.

I bought two of these sacs from Newty and I didnt look close enough at the link he posted and thought I was buying the 42X16X16 sacs, oh well. So I dont need these if anyone wants them. The stamp on them says they're 16X10X70 400lbs each.

BTW, these sacs are in excellent condition and have the fittings on them.
