A couple Pictures from this past weekend, most successful wave to date, about 1900 lbs rear ballast, mission delta, around 350 lbs in the front bag and two of us on the boat.

For the first time I added weight to the front bag (about 350 lbs), and I had the best wave by far. Not quite as tall, but a lot longer, so we had a lot more room to surf, which was awesome.

2011 Supra Launch 242
The setup on a 242 will be different, of course, but here is what i had: 1,100 lb bag in surfside locker, 400 lb bag laid out halfway on rear surfside deck / seat, then added roughly 350 lbs up front, and had a couple of people up front. I haven't been putting weight up front, but it helped lengthen it out. If you could add some weight up front, then put all your people on the surfside rear, that might come up pretty nice. And I don't put anything opposite surfside rear.
