Just a note, the valve in the kit shown has a tendance to stick closed for the suction side. I have removed and replaced several of these, this is a common install for salt water flushing. When the valve sticks the engine cannot suck water and overheats. Just try to keep the valve operating properly. Al

Thanks Al - even on fresh-water-only boats? I could for sure see the salt causing it
to stick.
