Hey all I am in need of some advice!! I have an 03 supra launch and have noticed after dewinterizing last week that my steering is tight? I have the boat in a slip on a lift. I have looked under the steeering column but see no zerk fittings> Does anybody have any recommendations is there a way to lube cable? how -hard would it be if i had to replace and how much. Help Please!!

I think you have to replace the cable. I did mine last year. The mechanic said if you don't keep the cable as dry as possible, you will be replacing the cable more often than you want to. It was a full bore workout to turn my boat before I replaced it. It got worse and worse.

I think I paid 380 to have it replaced. I was told that there wasn't a way to salvage a dried out cable.
