Be a bit leary when the boat has big changes to it. Notice that the original seating has changed. No love seat or wrap in the front

It's a cuddy cabin... I don't think that those had the front love-seat, or at least not the config. you would be used to in open bow.

The condition of the boat is great! Tough to find a quality interior too. Note the 'floors and carpet' have been replaced; check with potwald about the condition of the stringers and it could be a great boat for someone looking to board or surf.

The boat is completely original I believe it was an option to get the wrap around seat in the front or to get a captians chair as I have two piratas one has the wrap around seat one has the chair I just took more pics of the inside that I will post under the other one.
