Default new owner......almost ready for the water...

I bought it ( 84 Supra Rider ) off of a co-worker that didnt have time for it any longer <<< read , been sitting for awhile >>> brought it home , cleaned it up , new plugs n gas and she fired right up . BUT she didnt run right , after a trip to the shop for a new carb and added electronic distributor . Plus a handful of minor parts , but that comes with the territory . The 454 purrs like a tiger and i cant wait to get her in the water ( hopefully this weekend )

Congrats and welcome to the family. I can see you are a Chevy man that 454 will fit in nicely.

Looks like an original Supra trailer! Nice dually it really drives straight. Compared to i/o trailers where the boat is much higher off the ground, these trailers cradle the boat much lower and are MUCH more stable. Hope you have fun with the Rider! Get her dialed in for surfing, you will have a BLAST

Yeah , the trailer needs SOME work !!! Im gonna put the boat in a friends slip here on the lake and start to to some repairs on the trailer . I m having it sandblasted and then im going to replace the back 30" of the trailer plus a few other repairs . im just crossing my fingers on how much good metal im going to have in a few places ....then take it back to be re-blasted then painted.......ummm RED
