What do your RPM look like with the 13x10.5 at WOT? I was worried about RPM's with the 13X12 but it looks like I'll be ok. At the end of last summer I found a good deal on a 13.5X17.5 four blade. I put it on and ran it for 30 Min, it was like running a car in third gear. I guess I'll be putting it up for sale now that I know (Cheap). I was going off of experience with my other boat Merc inboard outboard and the 17 pitch was the prop of choice for pulling.

the four blade is recommended for those that have a 14" diam prop and a 1:1.23 trans. For the 13x10.5 3 blade rpms4200, 38mph. Try ski-it-again.com to sell the other

    Ben
What was your top end with that 17.5 pitch prop? Just curious if it made it run really fast.

The engine would bog down before I could even get on plan when I tried it. Since then I've converted from the points to electronic Distributor so I might try it again just to see if any changes.
