Default 351 with holley CHOKE QUESTION

installed a new choke today and Im pretty sure im good but Im not 100 percent so I need to ask! On the electric choke there is a spring that mounts on a tab/lever then it bolts up to the carb, on the Choke there is a word LEAN with an arrow going clockwise, So do I need to rotate this thing or something to get a certain amount of pressure on the spring? or just bolt it on and be done?

It needs to be adjusted. Turn the cap untill the choke plate closes with a cold engine.
With the key on or engine running the choke should open within a few minutes.
