    Default Water valve on intake manifold?

    What is it for? It is closed at the moment; should it be?

    Engine is a carbed PCM 351.
    Supra Comp TS6M- DIYWake tower powdercoated black, custom graphics (by me), soon to have a gt40p top end swap including EFI from 2000 Explorer- with lower intake from 351 Lightning. All controlled by Megasquirt and speed density tuned by myself.

    Got a picture of it? I also have a carbed PCM 351 and there is no closeable water valve on it.
