Default Audio issues under power lines

We are on the hot side of Lake Anna in VA, and we have huge power lines that span over the water. When I drive under the power lines, my tower audio cuts out, and it causes issues with the head unit and the ipod that i have connected. I usually have to turn everything off and on again, unplug the ipod, etc.
The stereo sounds fine otherwise. Do I need to rewire the tower speakers or start looking at ground wiring etc.? This is on an 05 21V.

    Thanks,
    Simon

Your dealing with some serious Electro Magnetic Energy (EME), there may not be anything you can do besides sheilded all of the power, control, and speaker wiring with grounded shields and grounding all of the electronic boxes to each other and to the boat (battery ground). Try to eliminate any unshielded oppertunities.
