Anyone who tubes in the Delta is just asking for trouble. Skinny channels, hundreds of boats, and every intersection is blind because the tullies stick up so high. Oh yeah and the bridges! I would never pull a tube in the Delta even if my worst enemy was in it. Would you? And this is a wide part.
