Gosh i miss the beach... Looks like she's on a 9-10 foot stick and is one with it. I think it's legit and not altered. Chick has skills. She may have wadded it up after the wave passed, look how far the back of the board is out of the wave. I see why ScottAz called bs. Nice post ssmith- completely CO2 free.
ScottAz- could you call the weather service and tell them to stop sending us the Az monsoon rains? It's ridiculous this year. Thanks!

Can't stop looking at the picture, it really is amazing how she can ride so far forward on the board with virtually all her weight (all 75 lbs. )
I suppose the trick is she is riding a huge surfboard which helps counter her weight up front? Its hard to conceive the nose doesn't just sink..... but I suppose you learn how to "be one with your board" when you surf 24/7/365, as per her quality of tan.

I'm going to say no photoshop shenanigans... but this was definitely a picture caught pre-slam that just makes it look like she's the best longboard surfer ever.
