I talked with Acme again last evening. A strict power prop for my boat they maintained the 1868 for heavy ballast wake-boarding and bagged boat for surfing. A good all around prop they said to use their 659 (12.5-15) if I was only surfing and still doing my skiing with out weighted wake-boarding. The 422 was going to be for strict speed. All are four blades & are claimed to be at 80% efficiency.

Acme is very helpful on the phone, and in my experience so far with them, they are right every time with suggesting a good prop for your application as long as you have good information - boat length, engine, transmission, and what you use your boat for. Also knowing what's on there currently, and what speed and RPM you turn at wide open is helpful.
For prop specs, here's the complete list, acme and OJ:

So JT was reading this thread last weekend and gave me a call. I guess I forgot to mention to him that my boat was a 1.23:1 tranny. He went ahead and shipped me the ACME 480 4 blade at no charge along with a pre paid shipper to return the 540. That's what I call customer service, JT your the MAN!!

I finally got everything back together. It's been over a month since my boat has seen some water. New 44.5 inch prop shaft and the ACME 480 from JT Nettle. Here's a pic, can't wait to go camping this weekend!!!!
