Oh man, i fell like that the other day and it felt scary bad...didn't know you could fall so hard wakeboarding. I caught my heel edge on the landing and did a killer reverse scorpion. Hurt my front neck muscles, all my abs, and some slight bruising in my sides. Getting up from lying down hurts right now.

    I feel, literally, your pain.

Throw a wetsuit on, it will also pad you up a little more. Hopefully you are wearing a helment, thats a no brainer when you start flipping

Straighten your legs off the wake and watch for your landing. You appeared to not know you were back on the water. When you land absorb impact with your legs. Your almost doing a mexican roll. I have a bad habit of closing my eyes on a backroll, not good for landing it smoothly.
