I'm going the carbon fiber vinyl route as well...all the looks for a fraction of the cost.

Sorry it took awhile for me to get back to your guys question, i was on a camping trip the last few days. Last boat trip of the summer, well camping/boating trip anyways.

I actually bought the carbon fiber in sheet form from http://www.protechcomposite.com/serv...r-sheet/Detail and used the old plastic paneling as my template to fabricate the carbon fiber paneling.. I used a metal jig saw blade and two different size metal whole saw bits in a drill press. If i remember correctly i got the thicker one for the gauge panels and a thinner sheet for the bilge, blower, horn, etc buttons. Just the two sheets of carbon fiber set me back like 120.

The gauges were bought from http://www.iboats.com/Teleflex-Lido-...-view_id.47096 However I think i'm going to ditch the clock gauge and put a depth finder in, Does anyone have any recommendations on which depth finder i should be looking at?
