    Default Surfing Bowl (2 Boats)

    Has anyone ever attempted to make a bowl with the wake of two boats running parallel to one another?

    We met someone out on the water memorial weekend and started to give this a shot. We couldnt devote enough time to it because there were just too many people on the water.

    We may give it another shot this weekend. I know alot of it will be trial and error but figured id throw it out there to see if anyone had any pointers.

    Let us know when you pull this off KG,
    I'd love to give this a shot, and quite frankly, keep forgetting about it when I'm at the lake with other surf boats. From what i've read, the most important factor is the driver. It'll take 2 confident/experienced drivers to hold the lines close enough to eachother to make the best wave. I think the boats need to track within 10-12' of eachother in order to combine the sweet spots of the 2 boats.

    For me.... I feel like I'm the best driver for the task, but then again..... I WANT TO BE THE SURFER!!!

    I'm sure I'll be the one driving for the first bit. Until I can be sure that it can be done and I can give some advice. But I want to surf t as well.

    No show on the other boat i was planning to try it with this weekend so i didnt get to try it out. Maybe next time. If anyone tries it, though, post up some pics and advice.

    Here's another video I found;

    I'm hoping to remember to try it this weekend, but like 01launch's problem, the other boat doesn't have near the same wave as my Supra. Although, I suppose the height of the wave doesn't matter as much as the length of the pocket to pull this off.
