New Tower on 2007 21V

Does anybody know if the new progressive tower could be put on 2007 21 V?

Jam, we've never tried to fit them on that model, the 21v that the current Progressive tower is designed for has a different deck than the previous years (the decks w/ the handrails).

Do the handrails come into play, or am i missing something?

No, but the whole deck was redesigned the year they changed the handrails, therefore an '07 deck isn't the same as the current deck.
