Replace heater hoses?

Bought a used 2009 21V, has heater installed with the pull-out hoses. The hoses have some holes in them and I would like to replace with new ones. The heater is installed and has hoses coming out at the passthrough and heater unit is under the captain's console.

Any source? I assume this is not too hard to do.

Looks like they run between $1.50 and $3.30 per foot depending on size. Pretty reasonable, but I don't know what their shipping charges are like.
