    Default Anyone smoking any special food for mothers day?

    Momma requested ribs --

    got a few hours to go - this time I am trying the 3-2-1 method to see if they are a little more tender. ALWAYS tasty, but the last few have been a little tough...

    Have 30 minutes left in the foil, then back into the smoker for another hour ... smelling pretty dang good around here!
