    Default stereo questions

    my sound stupid but,

own a 2004 supra 22ssv and think it has the stock kenwood cd player, the system get pretty loud, no tower speakers but sub and interior speakers sound good. then when i try to really crank it up it just turns off around volume 30ish. then i have to look under the dash and push the reset button to the radio which is clearly labeled and it resets and turns the cd player back on. why is this happening and is there a way to fix it. the speakers are all after market inside the boat and dont sound like they are able to reach theyre maximum volume. every time i try to turn it loud it shuts off and i have to reset it.

Sounds like it is overworking the head unit. You probably need to get an amplifier to power that setup. (You don't mention one.).
