Sub Location help?

I just picked up my Sunsport 22v and started working on the stereo. I have a 12" Kicker CompVR i want to use somewhere? under the helm looks tight my boat has a step up with a heater behind that. Looks like the cables would be in the way to put a 12" sub. I seen some under the observers seat installs but it looks like you need a custom vent?

Any ideas? box dimensions? pictures?

There is room under the helm. I have an 08 22ssv and built an enclosure in front of the blower motor (actually between the blower and the face cover plate).. You will have to build a new face plate that moves the plate out about 6 inches. It really does look factory and makes a hugh improvement. Bought factory carpet from a local dealer.
