    Default Snap In Carpet

Well, I got the new engine in and the upholstery is done....one thing left. New Carpet. Especially after the engine swap (which was unplanned). Anyone tried to put snap-in carpet in yet? It's a 2002, no wood, I was thinking of putting down some kind of textured vinyl paint first then snap-in carpet over the top of that. I would also like to rhino-line the storage compartment under the play pen (open bow) as this seems to stay wet too long. probably will leave the original gray carpet on the gunwwales by the drivers feet and the inside of the storage compartment under the windshield (behind the passenger)...

    Any advice?

I don't like the snaps when the carpet is not in. They hurt your feet! This was my experience on 2009 San 210'. Also the floor has to be grippy when the carpet is out.
