Thread: Props for trade

    Default Props for trade

I have two props I'd like to trade for one perfect prop that I am looking for. I need an ACME 913 (13x10.5, .80 cup, 1") or equivelant (as suggested by Bill at ACME). I have a 1988 Supra Mariah with the PCM 351 and BW 1:1. The current prop is good but I'd like a little more hole shot and since our lake has a 35mph speed limit the top end is not a concern. Here is what I currently have:

Michigan 13x12 that was remachined to 13x11 NiBral. It is in good shape and is currently on the boat. It has a couple nics but does not vibrate or anything. The boat runs 4200 rpm and 46 mph with this prop at our 1100 foot elevation.

Austral 14x13 NiBral. This is the spare prop that came with the boat. It has a slight bend at the tip of one blade. Have not run it so I don't know how well it works.

Pictures of both are attached, I hope.

    Anyone interested in trading?

If you decide to sell the 13 x 11 outright send me a pm. I am trying to get some more rpm's out of our boat and your prop might do it.

I'd be willing to sell the 14x13 for $180 plus $20 shipping in US. Please let me know if you are interested.

I just sent my 14 x 12 to be cut down and pitched to a 13 x 11. Hopefully this will do the trick for us for now.

You want a 4 blade 13x13 x1".. ambush sell a good one. Stay away from oj props. -the fins fly off...
Im currently using this prop and its got an awesome hole-shot, but after plane, my rpms are just too high. My stock prop was the same as yours (14x13 3-blade) so, I suspect your boat will behave the same.
IMO a 13x10 prop is WAY to low of a pitch (even for a 4 blade)- Your not pushing hardly ANY water for your heavy boat, and youe engine is only made to top out at 4600 rpms..
    Good luck
