    Default Packing rope size?

    I have a '97 Pirata with a 5.8 L GT40 and a PCM trans 1.1 ratio 1" driveshaft. What size packing rope do I need? Thanks!

    Yes 1/4 inch. Go with the gore tex stuff. Much better than the wax rope. In my opinion.
