    Default 1988 Supra Comp Ts6m Driver's Seat - White w/ Red Trim

I got this as a spare when I bought my Comp 9 years ago and never used it. Seat and cushion only, does not include mounting base and adjuster. Both are in great shape and I believe were newly recovered in 2000. Have been on the shelf in my boathouse ever since. Seat itself is original Supra and in great shape. Cushion is a bit narrow for the seat and does not fit as snug as an original. Could easily be refoamed or replaced but not bad as is. $250 plus shipping from Central Ohio. Pics available upon request.

Tempting...I just redid my interior this summer but my comp did not come with the Supra seat when I bought it...it has a Sea Ray seat I think... Can you PM me some pics when you get a chance?

OK, in taking some photos, I recall now the details. When I bought my Comp, the interior had recently been redone. This included a newer model Supra seat, which was in the boat. The seat that is for sale is the original, which is also in very good condition. It may have been recovered but was done well so I cannot tell for sure. I had put the original cushion in the newer seat, and have been using it that way for 9 years. Upon closer examination today, the original cushion fits very well in the original seat, and the newer model cushion fits well in the newer seat - go figure! I have been using the older cushion in the newer seat because quite frankly the older cushion has a bit more padding and a bit more red trim. However, since I am selling the boat, I will sell the newer cushion with the seat that is mounted in the boat, since the vinyl matches better. And I will sell the original cushion with the original seat, since they obviously go together and fit each other well. I will send the pics to Jetlink as requested and will also attempt to post some here. Sorry for the confusion. Bottom line is that this is an original seat and cushion combination from serial number 1356 - 1988 model Comp Ts6m, so it's even better than originally claimed!Seat 00017.jpgSeat 00018.jpgseat-00024.jpgSeat 00017.jpgSeat 00018.jpgseat-00024.jpg

I might be interested... depending on what it's going to cost me to have my Saltare seat recovered. I just cut it in half and made it into a single. Had to rebuilt the structure of the seat using the old one as a tracer. I'll let you know when I find out, though. I'm not sure how long it will be, since this is a project that I'm just getting started on.

    Thanks,

I'm still very interested in the seat; i just don't have any extra cash lying around right now... I'll check back with you around the first of the year, and possibly take it off your hands.
