I'm in the market for a new handle, but I wouldn't seriously consider this one. I imagine it being weird with a solid handle with pull point forward, or holding with one hand. Not gonna do it for me. On that note, I'm open to suggestions as what handles anybody else likes.

I can't imagine this for shortline slalom. It seems like on one handed turns the handle would rotate away, making the re-grip very difficult.

Some guys out at Canyon Lake are riding with them I hear. I don't like Hard carbon handles myself. But I ordered one to see what it was like. If I don't like it I'll just add it to the collection in the attic of my garage...LOL

I think I'd much rather give this a try http://www.samsonsports.com/bullet_release.html instead of that hideous handle...

I already use the Comptech Release MUCH MUCH better than the Bullet!! Manual and Automatic release.

    Keith,

We have the Comptech on the boat -- but Alison carries a bullet with her on her rope when she's going to be on someone
else's boat that may not have a safety release. We started out with a CinchMax release -- better than nothing, and
now Lonnie is making them with a manual release.

As for that handle, looks like a grappling hook to me - but after seeing several people put their arms thru the standard handle,
and even with the Comptech/Bullet - get a serious bruise and be lucky not to break - I am intrigued with the concept behind
    the handle.
