We use these in the shop......
We change oil in several hundred boats a year. We use an Electric Deisel fuel transfer pump, rotary vein. Usually around $100.00 From Northern Equipment. Couple this to a 1/2 vacum hose and compatable fitting, sitting on top of a 3 gallon or 5 gallon bucket. Hot oil completely sucked out in less than 1 minute. Cold oil, a little longer but still no problems. The Jabsco pumps are way too slow for me. Al

i use the Pela 6000. Works great. I use the drain pan hose not the dipstick though.

Why Not? Play Hard! Get WET.....
I built one using a simmer pump ($60), a 5-gallon bucket ($4) and some misc fittings. Takes about 5 minutes with warm oil. And cheap!
